Similar happened to me a few years ago, thought I had broken my collarbone(has never been right since) guy got out of his car shouting and swearing, with me in ignorant agony sat on the curb + a buckled front wheel. Told him to fuck off and carried my bike home, went to hospital where the police talked me out of taking it further as he was a doctor (turns out he was delivering medication FOR a g.p.) it's too late to do anything about now I reckon..
