only one makes reference to clone troopers so i don't think its fair to say that the entire meme is based on them being clones.

Also. Storm troopers are what became of clone troopers.

I wasn't saying the whole meme was a fail, just there were two things related to Clone Troopers on this page but had photos of Storm Troopers.

Storm Troopers are not what became of Clone Troopers. Clone Troopers were clones (obviously...) but they were deactivated and the Empire created a new army. Storm Troopers are real people who enlisted in that new army.
