    Vegan food usually excludes me completely, because unless it's something very bland like chips there will invariably be something in it that I cannot eat.

    Offering both vegan and carnivorous food would be inclusive. choosing one or the other can never be. To continue with the step-free access comparison, it would be like putting up a big sign telling able-bodied people to fuck off.
