Yakubu should never have received the ball. We had a chance to clear and instead of smashing it to the half way line orputting it in row z, Davies it's a high one to the edge of the D so Leicester can continue their attack.
Second goal we were playing our favourite game, statues. As soon as Barker was drawn forward and out of position we were screwed.
Second half we only contained them because they were sitting on a two goal cushion. They had the look of a team that could hurt us at any time. We had the look of a team scared of touching the ball in case we made a mistake.
Board out? I don't think so
Clough out? No he has a remit and he is working to it
Scrollback to the summer and our objectives this year were to avoid relegation and cut the debts. We will stay up and the debts are down by more than 10 million. Once we are debt free we can afford to pay higher wages and get talent through the doors before then, where's the money gone? Davies and Jewell spent it on crap that never pulled on a shirt and left us without two pennies to rub together.
We made the mistake of getting to the lofty heights of 4th place and generated unreal expectations about the remainder of the season. Reality check, lower mid table obscurity and a firmer financial footing.
Reality check 2. Davies will spunk every penny he can at Forest and only finish 7th. [/compulsory dig]
