the frame, if anyone is interested is reynolds, something quite nice, could be 853, its a converted roadbike, but the bb is at a decent height, the track ends were brazed on by superted.
louis, seriously man, get your local bike shop to true up the wheel, get a bit of white spirit or something and clean the paint off the rear.
