  • Ha ha, you have so much pain to look forward to! Even a good hangover lasts me 3 days now and I'm only 33. I've got niggling injuries that have become like family (I don't like them but they're not going away) and I have to work twice as hard to remain half as fit.

    At 35 I'm pretty injury proof, despite deluding myself into thinking I can play rugby with the 18 - 25s. I degrade super fast though. Cant have more than 2 or 3 days off my running/cycling/gym sessions without falling apart. I take my running stuff every where I travel, even if its just a weekend, as the climb back to form gets steeper all the time.
