On-One / Planet X bikes and components

I don't mind it not arriving but 5 days without a receipt or anything and I'm beginning to get a little annoyed.

Paid through Paypal, because their site login system was broken, and would like at least some sort of communication.

I got confirmation the other day, and they should be here today.

I really like PX, just was confused by not having a receipt.
