Current Projects chat and miscellany

Okay, this was just finished today. Not my own, it belongs to fellow forumger Re-Cycled.

Built on the new Surly Troll frame, its core purpose is a tractor bike, with no compromises.
The list is crazy: Rolhoff/Chris King on rigida carbide supersonic coated rims, Phil Wood BB, Middleburn cranks, Burgtec penhouse mk3s, Thomson stem + post, B17 titanium, Avid Ultimate V-brakes and levers, Gore cables, Tubus rack, Cane Creek 110 h/set, Chromag seat clamp and front QR skewer... The mudguards are stainless steel, armourtex'd black and with custom fixtures. Inner-tubes are unicorn scrotum.

Needless to say, it feels fucking solid. Everything just feels so precise and mechanically perfect. I'm going to build myself one (a little less bling) based on a sturmey 8-speed with disc brakes.
