Will do just need to track down a tape measure but I was riding a 52 inch frame previously...

52cm perhaps. If you keep an eye out on the classifieds something good will turn up in your size, but it might take a week or two.

Yes I think 51/52 cm is best

you could measure up the bike you rode previously (if that one felt right) and check its top tube size against the Concorde's
