I find Vredsteins a light and lively ride too, not too brilliant in the wet though.
I bought mine from Bob Jackson's, and a bloke over the road took a shine to mine and bought a pair from Wiggle. His deteriorated more rapidly than mine, and he swapped to gatorskins. He won't roll anything else now. (no, he's not dead. He just loves gatorskins)
