Cheers for the help fellas. I invested in a bottle of grade 25's which apparently is supposed to be a step up from the ones the 75 came with (I'm told they're 100). As for riding in the wet I think I've learn't from my mistake. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the grease this time around!
