  • If you keep an eye on the latest posts (nearer the weekend) on the North East and the South polo threads you should be able to find out where/when pick up games are happening this weekend. It's pretty spontaneous regarding time and location so just keep on checking the latest posts to find out what's happening.

  • There's also polo tonight south of the river (both a league game and throw-ins) here.

Surprised no one else mentioned it

  • Oops, I totally forgot.

    Shame on me

  • Don't worry ed, it's north-east blindness everyone north of chafing cross gets it.

  • A good rule of thumb for all the polo threads is that you won't get many answers when people have already left to play. Keep your eye on the threads that are relative to you earlier in the day. After 530/6.00pm (especially as the days get longer) people won't be sat at a computer answering your queries. They will be playing polo, use your initiative and go find them.

  • added to the OP

  • does anyone else's google go into spanish?

  • Yeah, rik posted links from google.es, I've fixed it now to go to .co.uk.

  • does anybody have an extra or could tell me where is best to get a ball?

me. £3 for red, £4 for white, more colours soon.

  • John, don't suppose you're coming south on wed? I'd like a couple more of the White ones.

  • I've only got 1 white left right now, I'll pm you.

  • I'm not a beginner, actually been playing for a couple years but I am looking at plane tickets from Georgia to London in June and was wondering if anyone had a spare bike for polo or a spare couch to crash on in the area? I don't have any plans as of yet except that I will be in London from early June to early July and I'd love to come out and play!
