Hope OP dont mind, but I need some recommendation/advice on drilling a headtube to rivet a headbadge on. Anyone done it or knows of where I can get it done (other than Argos...)?

So I take it your frame didnt have a metal head badge in the first place. How come your are adding one now?
Ive never done it but i reacon the best way is to;
First mark out where you need the holes.
Use a punch to make a small dent in the surface of the metal.
Use this as a guide to stop the drill bit slipping.
Use a small drill bit and take your time. -

Seconded masking tape, also allows easier marking out using any old pen.

I am rebadging my bike :) My Coventry Eagle was stolen hence I am rebadging my Pompino to a CE. The below is what I intend to do, but just in case anyone here knows of a place to get it done I wont mind spending some dosh to get it done properly.

Brass screws or rivets to reattach head badge.
