1) He is going to have wicked hair when he's older if he keeps growing it.

Since my xbox conked out I've saved zillions!
Actually am grooving to PS2 games. Once I got used to the lower rez graphics (again) and focus on the gameplay, games on it are just as fun as 360 games if not more. Got me wondering whether the endless drive to superior computing power with each new gen of consoles is no more than a ploy to make money with little actual benefit to the experience.
Red Faction is immersive, tense such fun!

I suppose it's more about the advanced in graphic, the gameplay itself/plot are generally not dissimilar to modern games, (look at Metal Gear Solid, Grand Theft Auto 3, etc.), they're still as much playable as modern games.
The other aspect is this - do you still enjoy Tertis?

Sometimes, though I suppose the huge variety of genres with differing gameplay makes tetris on type of many. When Tetris was released it was new and unique. It took a while to get used to the primitive graphics (in red Faction) one I did it became very immersive because the lack of graphical accuracy forced me to use more imagination.

I was playing Return To Castle Wolfenstein not long ago, it was released in 2001 for the PS2, Xbox, PC etc. and I remember it was quite a fun and decent games, was hooked on it.
Along came Wolfenstein (2009), with it's shazzy graphic and all that, I could not see much difference beside the graphic and feature.
Wolfenstein is a pretty good example as they both set in the same timezone, same (or similar) enemies, and RtcW were pretty advanced in term of graphic back in 2001.

Not a fan of the series but Resi 4 is one of the few 'long' games I'd play through again, and I've already done it twice (Gamecube and Wii).

Someone has decided to remake 'Dungeon master' a particular favourite of my adolescence, and they don't seem to have done a very good job by the looks of it...
