Used only few times.Unfinished respraying project.Need to be spray.

There's an etiquette here somewhere. OP hasn't said "dibs followed by PM", so the reader doesn't know where they stand.

Don't want to get involved, but I've nearly been caught out by the PM system having asked for public 'dibs', and received rapid messages without. And also had stuff sold off having dibbed it. And had dibbers disappear.

Hmm. Time for a bad dibbers thread? Time for a informal forum rule on the process? Or just UTFB?

Sales are in public, seems pretty obvious that dibs should be too so that everyone knows where they stand. Takes a couple of seconds to type dibs. Then you follow it up with a PM.

The honorable Dibs system is a very cornerstone in the foundation of this forum. I stand by it and its got me where I am today. If we take away the dibs what have we got? I guess ultimately it's up to the seller's digression, however much us sharks want a bargain.

Never liked the dibs system so thats why I dont dibs to be honest I have two sales at the moment with dibs on them from weeks ago and the dibers have never made an attempt to pay,I sent a Pm more or less as the post went up and seller offered me a headset and a pair of forks which he is looking into Wednesday.

was told standover is 87cm, which is alright but slightly uncomfortable for me.
so im out.
