These are excellent entry level road bikes - I had the 1.9 (same frame) and can highly recommend it.

I rode one of these earlier today (obviously earlier - how could I ride it later, or even now?). Anyway, they punch well above their price point, and for that money it's a bargain. Even if you have to change the bar tape...
