Thanks Al, the most annoying part of this is that we decided to have a look behind a tile in the bathroom this afternoon- and discovered that the fibre-board wall behind the tiles was so rotten that you could poke your finger through it.
I now need to work out how to get 2X4's and plasterboard into a GroBag.
