disagree with that. if you are on the wrong side of the road, and hit someone crossing who is looking up the road for oncoming traffic (i.e. driving on the left), then you are at fault. he should have looked both ways, but i always think if im not riding in a position im supposed to be in, anything that goes wrong is completely on me.
unless i read that wrong, which i often do
