Seriously, if you can't tell the difference between a track and a road frame or sort out saddle angles wtf are you doing building bikes and trying to sell them on? Guy who sold you that frame saw you coming. It is a really nice frame though, just the rest of it and the price is a joke.
£300ish would be about what it's realisticly worth.
Good luck with ebay, maybe another gullible fool will jump on it.
