Well the guy I bought it from said it's a track frame, he runs a well respected bike shop, tends to talk about facts, but to be fair, the history of the frame is a little vague. If you're such a smart ass, maybe you can enlighten me as to why it's not a track frame?
NOS - fair play, though the frame is in mint condition, no dinks, no scratches.
