How long had that actually been there?
The chrome on forks is practically perfect also in the second picture that lock hardly looks old either.
Ruddy hell remind me not to lock a bike up round Kings Cross area for more than a couple of days with Pol paz around!
Looks to me like someone locked it up someone misappriated unsecured parts owner left it there as couldn't be bothered to cart it home, they are going to come back in a few days and find the whole lot has gone.
You gonna buy the rightful owner a new lock if they do surface?
