I seem to have a quite serious back injury involving the L5 S1 disc. Maybe a compressed or strained disc which is causing some other nerve problems.
It's painful, I can't cycle and I am in a bad mood. Need to rest, treat it and hopefully it will recover.

Nasty. Hope you recovery quckly and fully but it will be good to see you on the Football Stadium Ride.

The reason why there are good odds on Liverpool is because Liverpool will lose.
