Nice frame at a good price but a butterfly brake bridge on a late 80's frame?

Gazelle starts using these decals from 1986 imo. But Readview has right. The frame must be resprayed according to the brake bridge. The framenumber makes things clear 3256192 this is a 1980 frame original. Not unusual while it was easy to bring your frame for a new look at Gazelle. I did once myself in 90ties. So i must change my ad.
Thanks guys
