I've been toying with the idea of simply picking up a set of roubaix bib shorts instead of tights. The idea being that I can combine them with knee warmer or leg warmers, according to needs. But I came to the conclusion that I would'nt use them without said knee/leg warmers (if its cold enough for roubaix fabric my old knee will need warmth), so a pair of 3/4 knickers would be more useful.
Going to treat myself to some Assos T Roubaix FI.Mille. I reckon I'll be using these for my roadie'n most of the year, so might as well get the best. Not sure about the Bono 'fly' shades though.
Anyone used these? Do they have a specific fit characteristics?
I was going to order medium based on my height, as I like them tight fitting, and am most concerned with the shoulder straps being the right length (I'm 5'7")
