I too flash and jtag xbox 360's but not in london, as for rrd, get some isopropyl alchohol and clean all the thermal paste off the cpu and gpu chips, shit gets everywhere, including on some components. Once it is completely clean you can put with heatsink on without any thermal paste, just to test if that was the problem. If its fixed, you should reapply the paste but a really really thin layer. Works for 3/4 that ive fixed.
