Ok I have the following for sale:
Charge plug frame 56, chrome version, many scratches, and in the 2 years i rode it I never moved the seatpost, so when I went to take it apart, it was stuck, put on vice, no success (as you can see). The only option now is probably about 1/2 hour plus of sawing with a hacksaw blade. Doesn't come with sugino crankset,or bottom bracket, but does come with bars, front brake leaver and front brake. £75 posted.
next paragon road frame, nice old frame from 531, had it since may last year, bought as frame only from hilary stone, made into complete bike, now those parts have been put on another frame, so frame for sale again. Forks now fit modern wheels, and new headset bearings. Small dent and some scratches(which happened in my care) Here was Hilarys' description from may. Price £95 posted

Paragon frames were made by Andy Bone in Nottingham from the 1930 just into the 1960s and were very highly thought of in their locality. This frame which I think dates from the late 1950s has been nicely refinished with the correct downtube decals. Its in very good/excellent condition with no dents or pitting visible. It would make a very straightforward conversion.
Lastly, beater bike, Falcon Harrier team racing, size 56, 5 speed, so ideal for conversion, Reynolds 453 on main tubes, new bar tape, new brake cables,new rear tyre, fully serviced and proper working order. Shame to see it go, but cant keep everything, £85 no offers, and I'm afriad this ones collection only. Note I'm in bristol.
May consider swap/ or looking for for ladies loop frame dutch style complete bike ideally 3 speed!. Must have 700c wheels, or 27 inch. Ideal choice would be raleigh chiltern from 1995-99.
