Yes, but if you haven't already got the Red cassette I'd suggest considering Dura Ace instead. Shifts better, not much weight difference, maybe wears a little quicker on the Ti end of the cassette. Still plenty of good deals around on 7800 cassettes too, could save >£50 compared with Red.
