I have become a bread maker. I got a book, the excellent Dough, Christmas 2009, and have made all sorts of yum since.
Here are some of my bakes:
Giant cinnamon rolls with creme patissiere for Christmas breakfast.
Cherry tomato and olive foccaccia.
Somerset cider loaves.
