Today was going to be the first day of my super-strict healthy eating regime but I made the mistake of browsing this thread when I was hungry and I now have a meatcake in the oven and I'm the only person home...

I have a salad to go with it but it's going to be tough to stick to having a small 'normal' sized portion.
