"No polo, No Talk" as far as I remember, was a joke aimed at some people who were very opinionated (about rules, tournament formats etc) without knowing anything about the sport, or any team sports in general.
If you took the phrase seriously, you are mistaken, as with most of the stuff on the entire forum, it's just inane dribble.
