Seriously, I rode the turbo dream, slayblade and a few other boards. The turbo dream was the best on the test ride, then when I got it on the mountain I couldn't believe how good it was.
I ride with skiiers as well, and often over take them on the straights. The slayblade felt stiff and solid like it would just plow through anything in its way. But it was really stiff... I mean, the TD is classed as fairly stiff and the slayblade felt 2 or 3 x stiffer.
Also, the TD being directional, it's stiffened more at the rear for landings, you get a real nice pop as well.
