Birmingham post your bikes/faces/places

You overpaid! Ive had bikes off scrap men before and they were chuffed with £5 per bike AND they dropped them off to my 'yard. They only collect them for scrap metal you know.

Here's my freshly rattlecanned 1979 kalkhoff coupe du monde.

Want to get a proper single speed chainset at some point but funds are a little tight.

Often ride around harborne and bournville on a Saturday or the occasional commute into the city centre on it.

That room must smell nice.

Well I left it outside a couple of hours to let the fumes go away. Doesn't smell at all now.

Anyway I must apologise for the epic fail above.

What the Dubmasters been up too lately.
Thought I would update this a little, My fllet has grown significantly of late yet I seem to have less bikes to ride! :-(

My Olmo Is still at Mercian....

Turned out the previous builder had not done such a great job converting it to single speed and I had to have the Downtube replaced!

Still Im eagerly awaiting its return which should be mid march, Though they did say she was going into the spray booth after the framebuilding work, So I might see here home before then!
Alas Im left with no single speed bike to bomb around on!
Im trying to get this bike finished for BHX Beers so I dont feel like A faker!

loking good waitin for some stuff to come through the post, Would have bought from my LBS but they take the piss, ordered a head set and bottom braket from e Bay for less than Pro bike wanted for a headset alone!!

Sadly on tuesday night I took a bit of a tumble on my geared Peugeot,

Messed up my shoulder and knee (Though it doesnt hurt when i ride!) but also messed up the rear mech hanger on the frame, Now many people have commented on the condition of this bike and I promissed i wouldnt mess with it till it broke!

It was getting messed up on my daily commute and now the gears dont work! Sooo..

I always had a plan for this bike so now its time to do the conversion I planned.
However I was now left with no road bike to get to work on, And two days on my mountian bike made me want to quit cycling I needed a beater bike!!

This is le Rat, I dunno why... I dont even know if it french! But it was free!

Here it is in its natural habitat hanging round some bins.

At least I dont have to worry about it getting nicked!
Im after some risers and a rack for it if anyone has some?

Now I have my garage empty i filled it all back up!
