I just got mine and it's barely got over zero degrees this week. It has channeling in the foam so your back can get airflow but my mate says it does get warm and moist though.
The comfort is bizarre though after using a messenger bag, I keep two D-locks and tools with me when I ride and they are hardly noticeable now
