99% of all transactions that occur on here run completely smoothly. Then we have ourselves an issue when the postal services go a trifle wonky donkey and packages arrive late. People have been waiting since December - he should feel paranoid. As I've said before, the purchasers have a right to their goods. Who on earth does this guy think he is? Does he really think that he'll get away with it?
