I sing all kinds of stuff on the bike, almost all the time. Faves Include lyrics from Culture and The Congos songs, lots of punk & folk and stuff like the English Folk Songs album by chumblies... I'm big into Ian Sevonius' lyrics on the Chain & The Gang LP. Also crass songs work well for me for some reason, notably Big A Little A. 'be exactly who you want to be, do what you want to do'.
+1 on the whistling for friendly 'I'm here' noise...
