That's probably not the best course of action. This is xrawx all over again...... was that ever resolved?I suggest finding and then locking his bike. Once he's offered some kind of componentry/cash/dodgy explanation then he'll get it unlocked.
Simples. He won't contact the Babylon because he's the one guilty of theft and you can easily remove your lock if necessary.
