Brave potatos actually. But it is brilliant.
Just a heads up -
Aldi is selling cast-iron casseroles! The normal deep oval ones are £20, they have large round shallow ones for £25 and very large deep oval ones for £30. It ain't gonna be Le Creuset but Aldi stuff is generally pretty good quality. I got a round shallow one.
Any Simon Hopkinson or Elizabeth David fans on here?
