For Road cycling?
Pro Cycling and Rouleur are my favourite cycling magazines (design and content-wise), but they might not be up your street.
Cycling weekly has a monthly sister mag I think? That sound more like the thing you might be into?
Good mountain bike mags are thin on the ground - singletrack is Okkaaayy, Dirt used to be great. Not so much anymore
