Framebuilders/frame work in the NE?

I have a frame coming that has vertical drop outs and since I'm planning on having this bike be a keeper, I was hoping to find someone that would be able to remove the dropouts and fit some track ends.

Is there somewhere local that would do this? Argos do it, but I was hoping to do without the hassle of sending the bike away.

There's only Kevin Winter locally afaik. Steels and Dentons used to have the facility through Dave Yates, but that was a few years ago.

There's a couple in Yorkshire - Bob Jackson is near Leeds.

Im in contact with kevin winter atm about some frame modifications, hes really nice, responds to emails promptly, and his work speaks for itself. Im on the waiting list, which is just under 3 months.
