This week's fixtures & results League III (winter 2010/2011)

Would I be right in thinking chucker's not been getting much sleep recently? Whenever people get bitchy on here it means they've not been sleeping.

Love the fact you need to post rules from two seasons ago in regards to B, didn't a team play last year with two subs because someone left and another person broke a limb? Did anyone bitching at b bitch then?

Of all people I would think you would be more careful than most on here, Louis, to actually read what people say rather than jumping on a bandwagon. So let me break it down for you.

Three people asked Brendan, in a very kind and friendly way, if he would please consider picking two permanent people to play with for the playoffs. Everyone has let him play so far without bitching. Then Brendan got took it all personally in his standard egomaniacal way, and he began the bitching. Then I responded in kind. It went out of control from there, a*fter Brendan responded in a hostile way to three friendly suggestions.

*The rules from three years ago are relevant because I said that I am aware this rule is not in the rules for the league this year, but we have a long tradition of allowing only one sub per team. Then Brendan said "tradition blah blah dick move." The whole time I had been searching for the rules from previous leagues to demonstrate this is a tradition rooted in an actual rule at some point. I found this documentation and posted it. I believe if you read closely you will see friendly suggestions to Brendan, followed by me defending myself from overblown, personalized attacks by Brendan.

But it seems to me that many people here are more interested in focusing on imagined connotation and subcontext rather than carefully reading what people say.
