Coffee Appreciation

it's happened a couple of times now Dan but to be fair I sent them an email this morning
[highlighting the positives as well as mentioning the milk] and I received an email from the owner a couple of hours later

Good move sending that e-mail. As a coffee business which relies on its reputation for quality you want to know about it if somebody is disappointed. The old phrase 'If you enjoyed it, tell your friends. If not, tell us' definitely rings true.
