I had ears/nose/eyebrows threaded while on hols in Egypt- I wasn't asked, he just did it, I was glad I had clothes on otherwise he'd have done crack and sack no doubt..........
I can say threading was a painful experience- I think a chainsaw might have been gentler, I cringe just thinking about it, there were tears in the eyes at the time
