  • Anybody had an experience with them?
They have a best price for Fuji Track at the moment (282 pounds) but the website does not even list a telephone number.
I was considering a Pista as well, but the 2008 is all gone and the 2009 is now 550 pounds from Evans!!

  • I remember the site being in all the fuji track threads earlier this year when the 2008 version just came out, they were the cheapest then and I think a lot of people bought em.

  • I had a few glitches, first their server went down, losing my details and order so had to re register, i was trying to order a stronglight track crank from them, they couldn't get it from the distributors and the BB they got in from the distributor was the wrong size when they received it... not the best shopping experience i cancelled and went elsewhere, to their credit they refunded me fully & promptly

I Bought my Fuji track from Holcros £315 inc free shipping, seemed swift to deliver no problems i'd recommend them....

  • Thanks dangeruss.
Did not stumble upon that store before.

  • I think they were the first to offer the Fuji Track Pro at £700; others followed, like Fred's Treads, whereas Evans kept selling them at £900. I'll add Biddle to the shops list. It fell off my radar. Cheers.

  • I bought and paid for a bike last night from Biddle bike's (ebarg) website, only to get an email from them today that said they don't have that bike. All efforts to get a refund by phone and email have gone nowhere, and as of this moment have still not got my money back.

Tomorrow may bring another result, but as of right now I cannot recommend using these guys.

Bought the same bike from velodrome shop - they seem pretty good, but will let you know once it arrives on thursday.

  • I'll add a note to next to their name in the Cycle Shops (Online) list.

    Hope it gets sorted.

  • I got mine from E-barg, really fast delivery.

I feel I must respond with the truth

This is the message that was sent to the customer:

Thanks for your order, unfortunately we have just run out of the Fuji Track comp in size 56cm. The 54cm and 58cm are still available in the Comp.
I've also been informed we have one Fuji Track Pro 2010 left in stock in size 56cm. As we don't like to let customers down we could do this at a special price £765.95 including delivery if you are interested.

I don't think the customer was treated in a poor manner. The payment was received on the 6/9/2010 the counter offer was sent on the 7/9/2010 which would have saved the customer an additional £38.00 on top of the £196.00 that we were already discounting the Fuji Track Pro for.
The counter offer was declined later that day on the 7/9/2010 we promptly sent the refund via Paypal on the 8/9/2010.

We have no record of a phone conversation and the only email that was received, was the one declining the offer.

  • i got a fuji classic from them 5 months ago but when i ordered it they had run out of stock so i had to wait a month for them to get me one from some where else, easy to get in contact with so i would call them before hand to make sure they actually have it in stock, the one i finally got had a small dent in the side.

  • but evan will price match in store.

  • oh talking about something different buy hey ><

Unfortunately at that time our Fuji supplier who we have had a very good relationship with for 3 previous years had to go in to liquidation. We did offer to refund, but the customer wished to wait to see if the process could be resolved, probably due to the excellent price we always sell these bikes at.
We did eventually manage to source the bike for the customer from the liquidators stock at much effort and reduced profit on our part.

Unfortunately we have been unable to secure new suppliers of the Fuji brand since then.

We always try to act in the very best interests of the customer at all times.
