Yeah £100 sounds about right, maybe a bit less.
Frame looks identical to my PH11 although mine has chrome forks. You can see where the seattube tapers up into the seat cluster - a sure sign that it's made from 'carbolite 103' tubing i.e. gas-pipe (albeit good quality gas-pipe). I paid £90 for mine which had Campagnolo Record parts on it (for some reason), although mine needed a respray. I ended up breaking it - made a profit on the geary bits and kept the frameset for SS daily conversion.
