My gatorskins are piss easy to get on/off. Will all different rims I've tried. Openpro, CXP33, Halo,Rigida... They do seems to have batches which arent up to the usual standard. Their tubs were incredibly tight a couple of years ago. Seems to have been fixed now though.
The worst tyre I've had for grip have been those Most (Moist?) tyre. Never been so scared to ride around corners before riding on that tyre. They also happen to be made by Conti.
