Took hippy's Gaggia Classic off him in the week, and made my first latte this morning. Espresso came out great (haven't done pressure adjustment yet), but I need to relearn how to steam the milk. When I used to do it according to vids on Youtube it would produce too much froth. I've only just realised today that the attachment on my old Cubika was actually a frothing aid!
