Charles (and the mystery man "Marka") know the score here - 3 or 4 of us have given them money and we haven't got the goods - is that.............. erm - fraud?
Maybe "Marka" sold the things twice?
For one item to get lost in the Christmas post or sent to the wrong address is understandable / to happen twice is unfortunate / to happen three times sucks.
Charles seems to very lighthearted about it all - he did offer to refund my money in a PM - I think we should start pressing. We are not going away Charles - you have our money.
