Jaw vs. Virgin Media

Now that my Virgin service is working it is really good, if I had not had to complain to their CEO to get shit done I would recommend them 100%.

However their customer service (below exec office level) is terrible.

So true. This is exactly what I did and haven't had any trouble since.

Work connection is pretty good these days.
