Been wanting to get into it but i'd want to play on a beater rather than my decent bike
so cheap parts or a bike would be great,
safe.

Where are you based James? Pompino's are good polo frames? Are you after something in particular, or anything at all, etc?

thanks but that's worth putting on an actual bike. my polo bike is a real ghetto hack job. single speed conversion of a hybrid frame i found in a basement of my old flat!
