I can only hear properly in one ear. This got me into so much trouble at school, not being able to hear what the teacher was shouting at me.

Effing annoying when a track is in stereo and you've only got one plug in anyway... though it does give you a different experience of the song-I can remember listening to OK Computer like this at school and playing spot the difference depending whether you had the right or left phone in.
